Hi. It looks to me to be the very common problem of spider mites. If you flip over one of the afflicted leaves, you might be able to see very little bugs crawling around. These would be spider mites that love to make their homes on indoor citrus trees like the ones you and I have. Please check that out and see. If that is the problem, you can easily get a miticide from the local garden center that will take care of them. Hope that helps!
