I have several container grown citrus trees; a bears lime, meyer lemon, etrog, etc. They're several years old, fairly large and in 1/2 barrels. I'm a San Francisco transplant now in Hot Springs Village in Arkansas, and I brought the trees with me. It's very unusual here for temperatures to drop below freezing. These trees are all on rollers, and whenever we anticipate that the nighttime temperatures are going to drop, we roll them into the garage where they're under flourescent light. The other night there was a surprise freeze, and the temps unexpectedly dropped to about 26 degrees. The other trees seem to be fine, but the lime appears to be suffering and looks as though it's going to lose most or all of it's leaves. Any suggestions on how to help its recovery?

All you can do is wait for new sprouts.
