I was given a neglected Cissus discolor a couple of years back. A couple of months of regular watering saw the plant revive in a most inspiring way. A few months (maybe 6) later though, the leaves started wilting and dropping off. It didn't seem to matter what I did - more water, less water, more sun, less sun - every new batch of leaves curled, wilted and died. Finally this past spring I cut it back to the dirt and hoped for a new start. I didn't see any sign of life until early July when it sent one new shoot from the old stem. As it grew, the leaves looked perfect and healthy - I was so happy! And then last week I noticed the leaf tips starting to wither (see photos).

The plant is in a fairly shaded room that brightens in the late afternoon for a few hours. I think I might be overwatering and maybe overfertilizing. I water once a week, and the soil for this plant is still a little moist (not soaking wet) next watering day. I use a dropperful of Schultz's per liter of water every week until late fall and then cut back to once a month until spring. Help please?
