Can't remember the other name for this plant, but I'll call it China Doll. Just wondering if anyone has grown this, silly question I suppose. It is not doing well, not like my other tropicals in my home. The leaves are not opening well, remaining still unopened, with the leaf ripping while trying to open. Does it get a flower? The plant kind of looks like a banana plant.

My banana grove is still looking great outside, soon the plants will be cut down though, such a shame they don't stay growing all winter here.

China doll leaves are very small, thin, light green and look like trident maple leaves - lots of 'teeth'. If what you have is different, then a picture would definitely help.
