Hello the year before last I built a 96sq feet 99% recycled green house. This summer I planted plenty of Chillies after the salads and they have not stopped growing. We have three sliding door size glass ceiling windows and all the front as per pic. What to do now? Our greenhouse is not heated but facing south, as we are on a hill "Willingdon heights" and gets sun say from morning till about noon (then in between a huge pine tree that I tried thinning out) ..Will they go on growing or shall I just stop? Some friends say cut them back put them under 1/2 "Cloches" plastic bottles and they will grow again in spring. True or not? Or shall I just just get them out and start fresh new in Spring? I am also concerned I used a lot of "BLACK EARTH" mixed with normal garden soil 50/50 with liquid organic fertilizer. Anyone can tell me what is the BEST mix for green houses? I feel I did not get the best results . My tomatoes did not do well at all. I also have some animal eating chewing on the chillies even the most hot ones jalapenos. How can small animals eat these super hot chillies.
