hey ...halo...im a newbie here.. erm, yup..can i noe does anyone here know that how that i need to grow chilli plant till 8-10cm buy using the seeds?i need the chilli seedlings for my pathogenicity test as soon as possible..but i can find the seedlings for sale in the market...so i decide to grow it by myself..but i wonder how long it will take to grow>>?erm, yeap..i am using the big red chilli.... thank you
Well, unlike us northerners, you won't have a temperature problem. Pepper seedlings like it warm for both germination & growth (~25ºC). I would guess ~7-14 days for germination & 2-3 more weeks to get to 8-10 cm. Simon
