Well every year i plant chili peppers for fun. I don't have much space so i needed some small vegetable plant. I found that chili peppers are great for me. And i also enjoy eating them. I planted last years seeds a couple of weeks ago and already have a few new plants(I will attach pictures of them). Does anyone else grows peppers? And do you have any specials way of storing seeds? Because last year i put aside 2 peppers for seeds and on one of them I noticed holes. I thought it was some kind of parasite so i threw that one away . What do you think?

Without freezing, pepper seeds will usually only last one yr. The best way to store pepper seeds for multiple years is in the freezer in a small plastic ziplock bag. There are many insect pest that can get hold of seeds. If you are not going to freeze the seeds (which will supress insect activity), you can treat the seeds with a small amount of pesticide before storage to kill any hidden pest.
