   my cherry tree developed very good amount of cherries, however every cherry was infected with some type of 'moss' or mildew. I never saw this, how do I correct this problem? Even the birds didn't want the cherries..
   when is it best to prune fruit trees and how is this done? I'm new to growing fruit trees. I live in North East USA Pennsylvania
