Cherry tree in Southwest Ontario

    I have a cherry tree that over the last couple of years has shown signs of some sort so disease fungus growth. So far this year the tree has already blossomed and has started to fruit. I am not sure what to do with this tree. Attached are some pictures I have taken yesterday.
