Central Saskatchewan Weed!

    Greetings,

    I need help identifying this roadside weed. It's huge and there is an overabundance of them this year. Thanks for your help! Andrea

    Artemisia of some sort. If it was over here, I'd say Mugwort Artemisia vulgaris, but I don't know if that occurs as a weed in Sask.

    Thanks for your replies!!! Much appreciated!

    After some online follow-up to your suggestions, I do not believe it is a ragweed from looking at the leaves....they are much different than the plant I saw.

    I am also having trouble matching it up to an Artemesia....the leaves were not silvery in colour nor did they emit an odour!???

    Any more ideas???? Andrea
