Hey everyone, I'm new to planting and don't know very much about it at all. I had gotten catnip (Nepeta cataria) I did what the instructions said. They germinated in about 6 days and I put them in direct sunlight like the box said. When they got to about 2 inches in thinned them and put then in a pot each (11 of them germinated). This is where the problem started. I put them in the pots and put them back outside its been almost a week, and more than half of them are dying. Im using miracle grow potting soil. I water them every two days. I have them in directly sunlight. And I guess my question is am I doing something wrong? and a few tips on how to keep them healthy. Thanks.
I would probably have planted them outside in the pots and thinned them out when fairly sturdy. Try sowing them direct into the garden if you can. Liz
