Can anyone tell me the difference between the Northern Catalpa (Catalpa Speciosa) and the Chinese Catalpa (Catalpa Ovata) I know the Northern is not toxic to horses or livestock and I am wondering is the Chinese Catalpa falls into this category, since the Chinese Catalpa seems more readily available in the Okanagan.
