I filmed this around Chilliwack, British Columbia. Sorry, I didn't get a very detailed shot of the leaves, but you do see them at the beginning. Would this be Solidago canadensis? Solidago canadensis is, from what I can tell by looking on E-Flora distribution maps, pretty much the only possibility. You don't need to apologize about the music.
