Identification: Can you tell me what this plant is?

    I do not know what type of plant this is and I think it is dying can someone help me out and let me know what type of plant it is? Thank you!!

    Aglaeonema, maybe, or Dieffenbachia. It's in serious need of repotting into a looser mix (25% peat or coir, 25% orchid bark, 25% leaf mulch, and 25% soil is a good mix for these plants) and probably also a larger pot.
