Can anyone help me identify this plant? I moved into a new home and the garden is full of this plant, coming up throughout the whole backyard garden and even between the patio stones. I am wondering what it is? I live in Toronto, Ontario in case that helps. Thank you

    Looks like lamb's-quarters, Chenopodium album.
Considered weed in some places, but cultivated as a food crop in others.

Interesting! I never thought it could be an edible plant. I've posted a few more pics here to be sure. Can you confirm from these?

The first set of pictures no doubt Chenopodium album. Very easy to pull up. Good for your compost pile.
Never let it bloom and develop seeds. It will still sprout for many years, but there will be less and less of it.

OK perfect, I had read that it could be confused and actually be Nettleleaf goosefoot which is poisonous from some articles I found.
