    Might be an Ixora.

    I don't think it's Ixora.

    The picture was taken in Hawaii, if that helps at all.

    EDIT: Just kidding. Now that I look at other pictures online, it looks like an Ixora that hasn't blossomed yet. Thanks for your help Ron B!
