Further searches through "Google" have confirmed that this is a Hoya Bella. At present, it is a potted plant and seems to enjoy an East window. We are going to attempt to grow cuttings from this plant and see if they can develop into a 'summer' outdoor plant here in Northern Ontario. Many thanks to all who replied and solved our mystery. It is a Hoya camosa - Wax plant. Full sun, high humidity. Water daily during active growing period; less frequently during the winter. Provide support for growing.
It is not carnosa, but bella. Carnosa has thicker, wider leaves, and is more likely to have white edging on the leaves.
