    I haven't a clue! Looks like wood hyacynths growing out of a fern.

    Inflorescence quite like Paulownia - as far as can be seen in this shot, which is taken from too far away to see much detail. Although the deciduous, hardy species of Paulownia all have heart-shaped leaves, perhaps this is one of the tender, evergreen species in that genus.

    Or belongs to a related genus.

    Jacaranda? Maybe J. caerulea or another locally native species?
