The First picture : One a little green bush is it a WEED or not? Second picture: I have a RUE that makes lovely pale flowers and thought I go the same from a friend to plant somewhere else in my garden and it seemed to have the same leaves but the flowers are "yellow" and it stays short does not become tall as my 6foot tall RUE that starts blooming now .
