Can you Help me ID these Plants?

I have some Trees in the backyard that I am unsure of what they are. Hopefully someone can help. Esp the last pic with the fruit that hangs from it.

Maybe, but in the pictures on the internet Eugenia is round and this one is shaped a bit longer, I'm not sure. Anyone else have an idea?
