A friend of mine has this flower,? shrub?, bush? in his yard. It was there when he purchased the house. The previous owner traveled extensively and would bring back plants so it could be that it is not normally found in our area(Belpre, OH which is southeastern Ohio). The local nurseries in the area have been unable to identify it. I was wondering if you could help or advise me of somewhere else to go for help in identifying this plant?
