I planted some blue spruce seedlings, but some are in complete shade, i put them in the shade, because where i put them is a perfect place to block my neighbours, will they be alright in complete shade? or should i move them, therefore not blocking the neighbours, please let me know, thanks.

Sorry, no, Blue Spruce won't grow in shade. It needs plenty of sun.

They won't do well in the shade. They will likely be very slow growing and very sparse, negating your effort to block the neighbours anyway.
You might consider Taxus (Yew) or Tsuga (Hemlock) as more effective coniferous evergreen screens in complete shade.
