can someone please help identify this

    can someone help identify this?? tree is about 3m, leaves are green waxy type, fruit has hard outer shell with 3 compartments with a nut or seed inside, i am totally clueless about this

    Not sure about large dark seed but foliage and outside of fruit are quite like those of a camellia.

    Seed is correct for Camellia too.
