Identification: Can someone please help identify this Bonsai??!

Hi everyone, am new to this site so sorry if I've gone posting in the wrong section.
Anyway, my mum just bought a Bonsai a few days ago, and was not given the species name, we would love to know what it is so it can be taken care of in the proper manner! Thanks for your help! :)

 

It could be an azalea japonica - but I'm not totally sure.

 

Can't be Azalea which have an alternate leaf arrangement.

Hebe or Coprosma perhaps?

 

Could be a coprosma...Its hard to tell as its only young, right now the branches are red-brown and the leaves have subtle red veins....But yeah it looks similar to hertillia coprosma..
