Should it be in a hanging pot or should I put some stakes in the pot so it can wrap itself around? Right now, it's on the counter top. Thanks again for your response.

    Greetings Semperfi,

If this were my plant, I would consider snipping some of the tips and rooting them in the center of the pot to fill out the plant. If you want to try your hand at rooting a cutting, you can either root it in water first (the least preferred as the roots so produced are a bit weak), powder the cut tip with a rooting hormone and then stick it in the center of the pot (a powder you can purchase at the nursery - comes in a very small jar), or simply stick the cuttings in the center of the pot.

They will take hold and fill in the plant.

It is a bit 'leggy' - probably needs some more light.

    Hi Susan,

Thank you very much for your input. That's exactly what I did. I snipped all the long 'legs' and stuck them back in the pot around the center. Gave it some water, put it in the sun and we'll see how she takes in a few days.

    Thanks again!

If I were snipping it, I would leave some leaves on the branch. All too often a leafless "branch" will die off, or, simply fail to produce new growth at the freshly cut tip.

    Good luck!
