Can someone identify this plant?

    Either a sempervivum... or an orostachys (re. the spines on ends of leaves).

    Thank you, I searched both and it's the sempervivum............it looks like this one. (Sempervivum funcckii)............ :) thanks

    Its plain old Sempervivum tectorum.

    Sempervivum funckii is a much smaller hybrid with much smaller leaves.

    Definitely not an Orostachys.
