Identification: Can Someone Identify These Two Fungi?

    I took these photos in August, in my yard. Zone 5a.

    Might the first one be a species of Daedalea; the second one be a species of Thelephora?

    It did look a little like one of the photos I saw, but when I looked up daedalea, the most common one seemed to be Daedalea quercina (on oak). The others most generally were on trees. This one was in the grass. I'm not sure that's a positive id...

    First....possible daedalea spec...(too watered to identify)

    second ok for thelephora spec. (maybe correctly terrestris)
