    Might be a quite luxuriantly grown goldfish plant.
    How long have you had it?---Has it ever bloomed for you?
    As to the toxic part, I dunno.

    it does look like a goldfish plant. It has not bloomed yet.. if it is...
    I have had it less than a week.
