Identification: Can someone help me ID this plant?

    We have this plant in my office and none of us know what it is or how best to care for it. Could you help me identify it? Photos attached. Thank you!

    I've never seen any flowers on it like that--is that just because it's indoors or something?

    One indoor grower described hers as blooming three times in 21 years! So unless you've got ideal conditions don't look for any flowers. They're mostly sold as interior foliage plants, not bloomers.

    Not here
    Flowering house plants need much more light than foliage house plants. Strelitzia grows in full outdoor sun in tropical areas.
