Can someone help identify this bush? (pic)

    I have these bushes all over my yard, but I have no idea what they're called. I'd really like to know if someone could help me identify them. They have little red "berries" that might be poisonous (I don't want to test that theory =P) and birds often take up home in the bigger ones such as the one in the pics below. It needs to be trimmed once in a while because some of the branches grow faster than others and they end up lookin weird if they're not. When I was young I called them "Banana" bushes, because the leaves looked a bit like bananas to me (I was a crazy kid, lol). Anyway, I hope the pictures are clear enough; I took them at night so that didn't help much....

    It appears to be some type of taxus, clearer pictures would help. You probably don't want to eat the berries.
