can anyone tell me what this flower is??

    I live in Tenerife, Spain and bought this climber for my terrace, the tag on it said Begonia Jazminoide but i really don't think it is that at all?

    I have attached a picture of its very first flower...

    Ah that makes sense as on the label it said Begonia Jazminoide. I knew it wasnt a Begonia though.

    Hi

    I agree with merleworlds identification, just two points:

    It should be Pandorea jasminoides not Pandora

    The reason for the confused label at the nursery is the plants "old" name or synonym = Bignonia jasminoides.

    Lovely climber and a generous flowerer over a prolonged period. In my experience needs a fair bit of water to keep flowering well.

    Hi yes saw the different name when I looked it up and also saw the old name bigonia jasminoide. thanks again I am looking forward to this lovely plant climbing the trellis and producing some more beautiful flowers.
