Can anyone tell me the name of this plant?

I took this picture while visiting a winery in California and I would love to know the name of this plant so I could try to fine it to purchase.

 

Looks like blue Lobelia to me... Should be fairly common in your local garden centers.

 

I don't think that's it. This flower doesn't have any spikes.
