can anyone letme know the name of this plant

    This is an outdoor plant mostly found beside the rivers in rainy season mostly in india. It grows upto one and a half feet tall. It has got light yellow flowers and its stem has fruits which have only four thorns only on each. I have photographed it to maximum extent. can anyone letme know the common or botanical name of this plant
