Can anyone identify this vine for me?

    Howdy!

I just recently moved into a new house that has a creeping vine amongst some of its poorly cared-for plants. I'm not positive if this vine is a pest, or was planted on purpose since it seems to have spread from the front yard to a random spot full of crushed stone in the back yard.

Should I bother to keep this? I've only been here for a short time, so I'm not sure if it flowers or not.

    Thanks in advance!

Reminds me most of Rubus ursinus, or trailing blackberry. If so, this is a native plant to the area. A little bit larger photograph would help confirm.
