I've searched everywhere and haven't seen pictures of anything like it! Thank you! :)

faucaria, possibly. maybe lithops. could be a senecio or even a crassula. many look so similar!! a flower would make it easier.

i'm leaning towards faucaria or lithops. although, i'm having a bad run on id's at the moment ;) i've been wrong almost every time lately, so maybe wait for someone else to comment!

Thanks for your help...I was finally able to find pictures of it. Apparently it's a "haworthia cooperi" of the dielsiana variety! What a mouthful for such a tiny thing :)

I does look like a variety of Haworthia cooperi, but more like var. truncata than dielsiana to me (which should look a bit blue & has more pointed leaves). :) Yes, many of these little guys have quite the mouthful for a name.

Check out the many varieties of H. cooperi:

What a cute plant! Keeping it in a pot, or in the garden?...

    : )

Wow, that page is very helpful. I think you're right about the ones you suggested; they look more like it than some of the photos I've found.

I have the perfect-sized pot for it, actually! I just need to go and pick up some cactus soil. The container it's in looks like it's squishing the poor thing! :(
