This plant appeared in my driveway (in Sao Paulo - Brazil, right on Tropic of Capricorn, beside a tract of native forest complete with Howler monkeys and a great variety of other fauna, especially birds) a few months ago and began flowering in mid-November. Now it is producing long beanlike seed pods along with the flowers. Anyone out there have a clue what it might be? I have lived here for over a decade and never seen anything like it. Thanks, Lanora
