In The Garden: Can anyone identify this plant

    Looks like Sisyrinchium except for the colour. Spreads very easily. Found in the garden of a cabin on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Presume that it is not native. Blooming now so must be a late summr/fall bloomer.

    It has been reclassified. It is now Hesperantha coccinea. A South African native.
