Identification: can anyone identify my plant?

    I found a rubber leaf stem of this plant 6 years ago and i took it home and put it in some water it grew some roots and i planted into a plant pot now i have plants out side and all over the place grown from the one leaf stem

    can anyone identify it for me

    looks like some sor of Jade plant to me... but I've never seen a variety like that.

    It's a jade, but may have had so little light (it likes lots) that it stretched to get some sun and the leaves elongated. They're normally short and round compared to yours.

    I have dozens of Crassula a. and this could be from the Crassula family, albeit mine have never grown so leggy, Oh really though I am only guessing from what a viewed in your photos.
