These weeds are everywhere in my yard and I would like to know what I'm killing.
The second may be Alliaria petiolata, garlic mustard... not something I'm personally familiar with.
2. Mycelis muralis
Not all the plants in pic 1 are weeds, are they? I do see buttercup, the creeping plants at the bottom of the picture. They need to be dug out now (when the ground thaws).
I don't know the name of the weed in pic 3, but I think its an annual that will produce scads of seeds if you don't pull it before it can (now or while in flower). I call it pop weed; if the plant has seeds when you go to pull/dig it, you'll use your favourite curse word as the seeds fly. Get it early!
1 Some form of sedge. Don't let it escape.
2 Sowthistle tribe,I think.
3Hairy bittercress. It's only merit is that Gertrude Jekyll says you can eat it.
