Not all the plants in pic 1 are weeds, are they? I do see buttercup, the creeping plants at the bottom of the picture. They need to be dug out now (when the ground thaws). I don't know the name of the weed in pic 3, but I think its an annual that will produce scads of seeds if you don't pull it before it can (now or while in flower). I call it pop weed; if the plant has seeds when you go to pull/dig it, you'll use your favourite curse word as the seeds fly. Get it early!
