I'm a novice. I've just begun studying/searching for edible fruits in the forest near my home, so far I've found some delicious serviceberries, mulberries, raspberries, and soon in fall I will have my pick of grapes, apples, and juniper berries. My question is..what are these red berries? I'm guessing honeysuckle and inedible, but I'm not 100% sure. Another guess was Yuapon, but the leaves don't match up and the berries are not as clustered. Help! They were growing on quite a tall shrub, and there are many of them.

Looks like Lonicera sp. A shrubby form of Honeysuckle. Most of the species have berries that are poisonous so be careful.
