Identification: Can anyone help me identify this plant?

    Can anyone help me identify this plant? I’ve heard guesses that it could be some sort of rubber plant but I think it’s too small (diameter of pot in pic is roughly 5 inches). It’s about 3 years old and could use some TLC.

    Looks like a cultivar of Peperomia obtusifolia, Baby Rubber Plant.
