    Could be yellow or meadow hawkweed, Hieracium caespitosum.

    What are the plant's leaves like?

    Yes, I believe it is field/meadow hawkweed. I took the info you guys gave me and poked around and I think you are right. Thanks again, Bill

    H. umbellatum was lining I-5 south of Vancouver (near Bellingham) some years ago.
