Can anybody ID this plant?

Can anybody identify this vine? It looks like a grape vine of some sort but it doesn't have those clingy tendrils, only little "suction cups" to attach to the fence. The berries are small (even at maturity) and turn purple in the fall. The leaves turn a bright red in the fall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
