I have recently replanted my 5 yr old camellia obtained from my late nans house and discovered its leaves curling. I tried everything and discovered that many of the underside of the leaves had miniscule flat green and brown scales identical to those found on holly leaves. Having done some research on the computer the scales are no where as big as those on the net but this could be younglings of course. I have gone over the whole of the 2ft plant and with soapy warm water removed what I hope are most off them but guess there are some that I have missed. After this I sprayed the underside of the leaves with Provado Ultimate Bug Killer pray. Will this do the trick? I have considered a hard cu to base for peace of mind that they will have definately gone then? I dont want them to go to other camellias that I am planning on planting ......
