I have a camellia that was covered in blossom three years ago,
I had to trim it back by a third for security reasons. The last two years I haven’t had any blossoms. One or two at the must. I have tried fertilizing it with some 24 8 16 .
All I get now is a lot of green foliage..
Any ideas on how to make this bush blossom again ??

Give it more time and less fertilizer, certainly not 24% nitrogen. And in this region you probably don't need to be giving it any phosphorus and potassium at all. But it depends on your individual soil conditions.
