I have a Camelia, April Kiss, that is not blooming.
It is about 3.5 feet high and is situated under a magnolia tree (in North Vancouver).
It has some buds but all the other camelias in my garden bloosomed some time ago.
In the past, the flowering has been poor.
If it doesn't bloom in the next 3-4 weeks, even with the buds on it, should I move it to another location? In moving it, are there any tricks you can suggest so that it doesn't break?
    Thanks.
