Callitropsis nootkatensis = Cupressus nootkatensis (Nootka Cypress; syn. Chamaecyparis nootkatensis) is common in conifer collections.

Callitropsis vietnamensis = Cupressus vietnamensis (Vietnamese Cypress; syn. Xanthocyparis vietnamensis), there are no mature plants in any gardens, as it was only discovered 7 years ago. RBG Edinburgh have young plants growing in a glasshouse.

For other names in the genus, see D. P. Little (2006). Evolution and Circumscription of the True Cypresses (Cupressaceae : Cupressus). Systematic Botany 31 (3): 461-480.
