California flower - post 4

    Surrey, B.C. Canada
    Last Spring, we traveled through California, mostly along the coast and saw many flowers I have not seen here at home in the Vancouver area. These particular ones were seen around Monterey . . are there California flower experts out there who can identify these?

    They were all beach / dune plants. The first and second are the same thing, but the second gives a better view of the flowers.
