I noticed that at UBC garden there are planted lots of Calendula.
We have Calendula around our building, they are so nice and easy to grow. One of my neighbour told me that Calendula attracts bugs, she means bad ones. I googled and found some of related to my topic facts that Calendula
    Protects Soil
    Attracts Beneficial Insects
    Repels Pests

We have Liriodendrons(tulips trees) around building and second summer big-big trouble with aphids on these trees. How Calendula interfere in this situation(helps or makes it worse?)
