    Okay,

So I need help. I'm new to growing citrus plants and I have a calamondin that I love. My family just got it this summer and it was doing great in the heat and sunshine. But than fall came. I began to notice it struggling when we brought the plant in because it's leaves curled in on themselves. They didn't drop though! Just curled which I thought was a weird behavior but it didn't stop the plant from producing flowers so we let it ride.

The leaves have never uncurled. And now things are worse. A month ago leaves started to drop. In a panic, I moved the plant out of the living room and put it in my bedroom which is super small in the hopes that a more regulated micro-climate would help. And for the first two weeks it seemed to being doing okay, until I saw the bugs in the soil.

There was a ton (and I mean an extremely high population density) of centipedes in the pot. When I say high, we're talking roughly 5 bugs/1 cubic centimeter of dirt. High density. Also....gross. Not a fan of bugs. Anyways, I took the calamondin out to the garage and washed off the dirt I could from the roots and cleaned out the pot. I mixed brand new dirt (regular potting mix) with diatomaceous soil and seven dust insecticide to rid the soil of anything else.

To conclude, my plant is still loosing leaves and now they're turning brown before they fall off. I'm desperate for help and advice. I've already lost two other citrus plants and I'll cry if I loose this guy!

    HELP! HELP! HELP!

    Sincerely desperate,
